A Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in Building Services Engineering, or the equivalent. Holders of a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering with Credit or Distinction may be given credit transfers. Applicants with a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, or the equivalent, will be considered on individual merit.
Special Notes:
The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) has granted the interim recognition to this degree programme. Academic programmes accredited by the HKIE for the Building Services Discipline are recognised by the UK's Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) under reciprocal recognition. Restructured and retitled from Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Building Services Engineering to Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Building Sciences and Engineering with effective from 2022/23.
